Fenella is a recognized expert in health and ACC law.  She is a senior member of the panel of lawyers appointed to act for ACC. Fenella has extensive experience representing ACC in review hearings and in appeals to the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.  

Fenella also has a background in the retail and importing sector.  This  gives her an appreciation of the importance of service delivery which she brings to bear in her legal practice.  She is known for always maintaining an empathetic and cooperative  approach while delivering pragmatic and  efficient results. 

While Fenella's work is important to her, so is her family. Each day she appreciates being able to go home to a slightly harassed husband and two delightful children.
